What are the Costs?
Do yourself a favor and avoid shopping for the least expensive inspector; after all you may get what you pay for.  In the scope of buying a home your satisfaction and the safety of your family should be worth more than a few extra dollars.

On average an inspection costs less than 1/4 of 1 percent of the purchase price.  With Pinnacle the average cost of a home inspection is usually between $250 -$500,  and is dependent on the total square footage of the dwelling. The cost difference between the Basic and Preferred Report is $75 -$100; individual customers need to decide whether that is money well spent.  As you compare companies, make sure you talk with the inspector and are familiar with what you'll be receiving as far as time, and report structure.

Payments: When and How?
Payment for the Home Inspection service is due at the time of the inspection. If you (or a representative) cannot attend the inspection, payment must be made in advance (call and we can make arrangements). We accept cash, check, cashiers check, and transfers or credit cards through our secure account.

If you would like to pay with a credit card please let us know; we will send you an invoice via email, on which will be a link to make the payment. Simply make the payment as requested and Pinnacle will be notified when it has been made.

Pinnacle's Reports:
Pinnacle gives you the option of selecting between two report structures and pricing.  The inspection process for both follows the ASHI Standards of Practice, but our Preferred Report includes additional processes during the inspection that are beyond the ASHI Standards, and gives you more information in the final report (see the chart below).
