This form is an acknowledgement that you have read Pinnacle's Agreement via the PDF link, and by checking the acknowledgement box below you are accepting the terms of the agreement. This allows Pinnacle to enter the home on your behalf. A formal, completed copy of this agreement will be provided to you at the inspection to sign.
